Christmas Dinner





Winter salad of endive, orange, pomegranate, toasted walnuts, mint, dressing of white vinegar, EVOO, salt, white pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

 A field roast dressed up with herbs and a cranberry glaze, potato gratin, sesame sugar snap peas, roasted onions, and roasted acorn squash.

Gardein roasted red pepper sandwich
