Bhindi Masala or Okra Curry


Last round of this season's small tender okra and probably the next to last round of decent tomatoes. Wanting to celebrate the fresh ingredients, I tried out Vegan Richa's very simple Bhindi Masala recipe and really enjoyed the delicate flavor. This one is a red caraway flavored sauerkraut. It's the perfect taste and beautiful color (without the nitrates) for a Reuben.
