Pumpkin Curry Pasta Two Ways

Pumpkin curry sauce tossed with orecchiette,  lacinato kale, toasted pecans and a drizzle of pecan oil
 A dusting of parmesan just because
 The same pasta and sauce with roasted eggplant and garlic chives (perfect for Halloween with the purple/black eggplant)
