Crummy weather mandated something decadent and creamy for dinner. I whipped up a roasted garlic cauliflower alfredo sauce and tossed it with pasta,
artichokes, and sautéed kale. Topped with a layer of breadcrumbs, it went into the oven until bubbly and golden brown.
